Strategy and Planning

Business Performance and Management
- To foster and maintain good relationship with existing customers and develop relationship with new prospect clients and able to identify client’s needs and offer Bank products that suitable with those needs.
- To cooperate/coordinate with other group to deliver Bank products that suit client’s needs i.e. perform cross-selling of Bank products
- To prepare credit proposal that in accordance with Bank Indonesia (BI) Banking regulations and internal credit policies and perform complete credit analysis
- To have a planned account management in monitoring & account maintenance such as periodic review to assure the feasibility of customer’s performance, covenant fulfillment, maintain customer's files & document completeness in line with Bank's processes and standards, process extension of facility in accordance with the schedule, and so forth)
- To check the acceptable level of account profitability of each customer to ensure the achievement of financial target aspect
People Management
- To improve knowledge and skills through self-improvement activities i.e. training, learning session, etc.
Regulatory Compliance
- Comply with any of the bank policies and procedures i.e. administrative & compliance requirements
- Perform analysis based on sound compliance knowledge of investment products sales and comprehensive products knowledge of portfolio management and financial markets
- Produce high quality submission of proposal for Credit Committee that are timely and meet the credit criteria and policies
